Vitalify Concludes "AI Expo Spring 2026" Exhibition with Great Success! Strong Interest in Dify Utilization and Generative AI Chatbot Implementation

Vitalify, Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Koji Itaba), a provider of SaaS services utilizing generative AI, custom development, and support for AI agent implementation, exhibited at "AI Expo Spring 2026" held at Tokyo International Forum on April 7 (Tue) and 8 (Wed), 2026. ＜Conference＞

Sadaaki Kanemoto, Manager of our AI Solution Business Division, gave a presentation at a conference held within AI Expo. In his lecture, he explained the practical steps for on-site driven business AI automation using Dify. Following the session, we received specific inquiries about implementation at our booth, indicating a high level of interest in the movement towards building AI agents in-house.

＜Generative AI Chatbot＞FirstContact

"FirstContact" is a highly accurate chatbot service that utilizes generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). This time, we received a large number of inquiries not only for internal FAQ utilization but also for external needs such as customer service on websites, from a wide range of visitors. We demonstrated its capabilities by generating responses on the spot from visitors' company homepages, showcasing it as a ready-to-deploy customer support chatbot.
