Vis Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tomohiro Kanaya; hereinafter 'Vis'), a company specializing in 'work design,' has launched a new service called 'EXPERIENCE DESIGN' in April 2026. This service designs the 'experience' of employees to nurture organizational culture. We are pleased to announce the upcoming seminar, featuring guest speakers, to explore the design of 'spaces' and 'experiences.'
With the widespread adoption of hybrid work and the trend toward returning to the office, the role of offices has shifted from being mere 'places to perform tasks' to 'valuable spaces for gathering' aimed at fostering communication and cultivating corporate culture.
In the coming era, revitalizing organizations requires more than just designing the physical 'space' (office). What matters is how employees' mindsets evolve and what kind of organizational culture develops—essentially, the need to design both 'space' and 'experience' in tandem.
During this seminar, we will introduce Vis's new service 'EXPERIENCE DESIGN,' while delving deeper into the value of 'experience' from multiple perspectives. We are honored to welcome Mr. Koshiro Takahashi, General Affairs Department Head at DMM.com, representing strategic general affairs, and Ms. Kari Yasunaga from Itochu Interactive, who has experienced experiential design firsthand. They will share practical insights on the future of general affairs and real organizational changes from their respective viewpoints.
Additionally, an office tour will be available exclusively for in-person attendees. We invite you to experience on-site how spatial design fosters organizational culture and the experiences it creates.
