What are "genre films," which are constantly drawing attention in global markets? They are a common term for film genres also known as fantastic or fantasy films. Generally, they refer to highly entertaining, original works rich in fantastical themes, supernatural events, and extraordinary elements, such as horror, fantasy, sci-fi, and thrillers. Alongside international fantasy film festivals like the Sitges Film Festival in Spain, the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival in Belgium, and the Fantasporto in Portugal, the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival is known as Asia's largest fantasy film festival.

On the final day of "NAFF It Project," a ceremony is held to announce awards, including the Bucheon Award and other cash prizes and post-production support awards. We await project entries challenging "NAFF It Project," an excellent opportunity to appeal genre film projects in their development stages to the global market.
