Vessel Inn Asakusa Tsukuba Express Completes Renovation on March 31, 2026 (Tuesday) – Relax in Shoeless Rooms, Safe for Families with Small Children – Free Stay Campaign on Official Instagram and X

With the vision of "Loving you, your family, and the city," Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 3-4-27 Minamihonjo, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Yoshiro Seo; hereinafter "Vessel Hotels"), which operates hotel businesses nationwide, has been progressively renovating some unfinished guest rooms at "Vessel Inn Asakusa Tsukuba Express" (Location: Taito-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Yusuke Uno) since December 2025, and the renovation of all 173 rooms was completed on March 31, 2026 (Tuesday). Prior to this renovation, there were 175 rooms, but in response to customer needs, the room configuration was reviewed, reducing single rooms by 4 and increasing superior rooms by 2, reflecting the growing demand from families and inbound tourists. The guest rooms have been completely redesigned for both aesthetics and functionality, transforming into a more user-friendly and comfortable space. To commemorate this grand reopening, Vessel Hotels is simultaneously holding a campaign on its official Instagram and X, where 5 pairs (10 people) will win free accommodation coupons. This campaign will run from April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to May 6, 2026 (Wednesday).

## Renovation Details
Vessel Inn Asakusa Tsukuba Express was rebranded and reopened in April 2023. This latest renovation involved newly renovating rooms that had not been refurbished during the rebranding, transforming all guest rooms into more comfortable spaces. The ceilings, wall coverings, and carpets in the guest rooms were replaced. All rooms allow guests to relax without shoes, just like at home, ensuring a comfortable stay. They are also safe for families with small children. Furthermore, beds, headboards, desks, and chairs were renewed. The co-working space on the first floor was also renovated, creating a comfortable environment suitable for various uses such as remote work and meetings. It can be utilized by business guests, primarily those staying at the hotel.
