Vegas Vegas Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideyuki Takahashi) will hold the "2026 Fiscal Year 33rd Batch Entrance Ceremony" at the Tokyo Prince Hotel (Shibakoen, Minato-ku, Tokyo) on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

We invite the families of our new employees every year. This year, out of 23 new hires, we expect 20 families to attend. For those who are unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, we will send an internal newsletter at a later date to share the details of the ceremony.

Our Commitment to Families

Since our founding in 1964, we have built our business on the pachinko industry while diversifying to expand the possibilities of entertainment. We have been conducting new graduate recruitment for over 30 years, and we believe our spirit of challenge and our core values are well-conveyed to students and new employees during the recruitment process.

However, as there are aspects of our initiatives and philosophy that may not be fully known to parents, siblings, and relatives, we use the entrance ceremony as an opportunity for our President, Hideyuki Takahashi, to speak directly to them.

This is rooted in our strong desire to provide peace of mind to families by having them understand our corporate stance as they entrust their sons and daughters to us.

Furthermore, at the welcome reception held after the ceremony, President Takahashi visits each table to interact directly with the attending families.

We also provide time for new employees to showcase what they have learned during their training to their families, which has become a heartwarming tradition that is greatly enjoyed by all.
