This advanced e-Axle, developed and manufactured in India, will provide high efficiency, optimized performance, and enhanced reliability, serving as a crucial component for realizing next-generation electric mobility. Valeo's latest generation motor technology is utilized in this integrated 3-in-1 e-Axle.

It consists of automated production lines for U-pin or hairpin winding stator assembly, reducer assembly, inverter manufacturing, and final e-Axle assembly. These lines incorporate advanced automation, precise assembly processes, and stringent quality control systems, supported by complete digitalization and end-to-end traceability.
