UUUM's Business Synergy Discovery Program "ONE TEAM" Begins 5th Round of Applications

UUUM Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masayuki Umekage; hereinafter "UUUM") today, May 14, 2026, begins the fifth round of applications for "ONE TEAM," a special program to explore the discovery of companies that can create strong business synergies with UUUM.

**About the Business Synergy Discovery Program "ONE TEAM"**

In this program, members of the UUUM Business Synergy Committee will directly interview companies that have passed a preliminary document screening process. It is a program to decide on creating new businesses through business alliances and collaborations for projects that meet the criteria.

**Application Conditions**

- Ability to create strong business synergy with UUUM We are looking for companies whose business domain and growth vision align with UUUM's strategy and can mutually enhance value.

- Ability to form special business conditions with UUUM We prioritize companies capable of special initiatives, such as creating new markets or service collaborations.

*No restrictions on funding rounds such as Seed, Series A, or Pre-IPO. *Limited to the creation of new businesses through business alliances and collaborations that do not involve investment.

**Implementation Schedule and Screening Method**

- 5th Round Schedule Application Period: May 14 (Thu) - June 12 (Fri) Document Screening / Notification of Passage: June 22 (Mon) - July 3 (Fri) In-person Screening: Mid-July - Early August Result Announcement: Mid-August - Late August

- In-person Screening To be held at the UUUM office. You will have 30 minutes for a pitch and Q&A session. Please bring your passion and enthusiasm.
