Inageya Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tachikawa City, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yoshikazu Motosugi) will launch an immediate delivery service for store products using the online delivery platform "Uber Eats," operated by Uber Eats Japan LLC (Minato-ku, Tokyo), at seven new stores starting April 2nd. This expansion will make "Uber Eats" available at all Inageya stores, with the exception of a few.
Inageya introduced the "Uber Eats" delivery service on March 6, 2024, and has been progressively expanding its availability to more stores. This service delivers Inageya products directly to customers' homes or offices immediately after ordering, catering to those who find it difficult to visit stores for various reasons. Furthermore, we have implemented "Pick, Pack, Pay," a seamless system where delivery partners handle everything from product pickup to delivery, aiming to reduce the operational burden on stores and establish a more efficient operating structure.
Inageya will continue to create an environment where customers can shop more conveniently.
Number of Stores: 125 stores (as of April 2026)
*Not introduced at ina21 Itsukaichi, Shirokanedai, Osato Konan, and Otaki stores.
Number of Items Handled: Approximately 5,000 items (Available products vary by store and item)
*Examples: Vegetables, fruits, fresh fish, meat, bento boxes, onigiri, seasonings, retort foods, snacks, frozen foods, ice cream, beverages, alcohol, daily necessities, etc.
Acceptance Hours: From store opening time until one hour before closing (May vary by store and product)
