Consensus is an evidence-based AI research platform that extracts and summarizes conclusions from peer-reviewed papers, drawing on over 220 million licensed research articles. It provides citation-linked, evidence-grounded answers, significantly reducing hallucination risks associated with general generative AI. More than 170 university libraries worldwide have adopted the platform, serving over 10 million researchers, students, and healthcare professionals. Key features include the Consensus Meter, which visualizes research consensus for yes/no queries; Deep Search, which condenses days of literature review into minutes via automated keyword expansion and citation graph exploration; and Medical Mode, which limits searches to approximately 50,000 clinical guidelines and 8 million articles from 1,000 top medical journals. As the exclusive domestic distributor, USACO will promote flexible subscription plans and onboarding support for universities, corporations, and research institutions across Japan.
