The service is available for free for public viewing, and paid plans allow for private sharing of videos only with those who have the link. From Beta to Official Release Since its launch in 2021, Docswell has hosted over 70,000 slides. In 2024, the service pioneered the ability to attach videos within slides, enabling hybrid information dissemination combining slides and videos. Following this, a feature to publish videos as standalone content was added in beta, with over 300 videos published to date. Based on these achievements and user feedback, the video hosting and private sharing features are now officially released. Solving Challenges in Corporate Video Utilization Docswell initially gained traction primarily for technical presentation materials from IT engineers, but in recent years, the posting of business documents has also increased.
