Revamping Kyokasuzuke Assortment and Expanding Grilled Fish Series for the First Time in 3 Years
This time, our company has reviewed the contents and fish composition of our assortment products and adjusted their configurations to offer them at more accessible price points.
The Kyokasuzuke Assortment, primarily a gift product, has been revamped with a balanced composition for each price range, making it easier to choose according to the purpose and recipient.
Furthermore, for the grilled fish series, which can be enjoyed simply by heating in a microwave, we are newly introducing a wider range of price points and product variations in addition to the conventional lineup.

Responding to Diversification of Gift Occasions and Household Environments
In recent years, the nature of gift-giving has diversified, requiring product selection to match the recipient's family structure and lifestyle.
With the increase in small households and dual-income families, there is a growing demand for "appropriate portions rather than large quantities" and "foods that can be easily prepared." Meanwhile, traditional formal gift demands, such as celebrations, internal gifts, O-chugen (mid-year gifts), and O-seibo (year-end gifts), continue to exist.
Against this backdrop, Uokyu has aimed to balance convenience and practicality as gifts by creating a product lineup that is easy to choose according to the recipient's lifestyle.

Details of the Renewed Assortment
For the Kyokasuzuke Assortment, the composition has been reorganized around popular fish types, and the balance of contents for each price range has been adjusted. This results in a product design that is "easy to choose by price and clear in content" for gift purposes.
On the other hand, for the grilled fish series, in addition to the existing LY-6, LY-9, and LY-12, we have newly added LY-3 and LY-4 as more affordable options. Furthermore, we have established the GY series as an assortment consisting only of the highly requested "Grilled Gindara Kyokasuzuke."
