(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Makoto Miyauchi; hereinafter "Be-Lot"). This is the second collaboration between the two companies, and the property opened on July 1, 2026.
This property is part of the expansion of a new residence operation model that fuses rental housing and accommodation functions, promoted by both companies. It aims to provide housing that meets the diversifying needs of lifestyles, such as dual residence and long-term stays.
The "unito residence" series are furnished service apartments that can be contracted on a monthly basis, for which our company has obtained patents (※1) (※2). Contract applications can be completed online and via smartphone app, with move-in possible as early as the same day. Upon move-in, infrastructure services such as electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi are already set up. After moving in, if you apply online for days you will be away, your rent will be reduced according to the number of days applied for. (Resident registration is possible).

"Rerent" is a daily rent system that our company has patented and independently developed (※1). It is a system where rent is reduced based on the number of days applied for when residents apply online for days they will be away. By offering the room as accommodation during the "Rerent" period, residents can adjust their rent to "only the days they lived there."
This "dual operation of rental and accommodation" allows for both flexible living for residents and maximized residence management revenue through stable high occupancy rates regardless of the season.
The "unito residence" series is fully equipped with furniture and appliances to our company's specifications. When residents are away, their belongings can be stored in the provided lockable storage. Before and after the "Rerent" period, the room is cleaned by the operating staff before being rented out. Therefore, it offers a "comfortable hotel-like stay experience" not only to accommodation users but also to "unito residence" residents after the "Rerent" period.
