(Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Hiroshi Fujiwara, hereafter 'LeTech'), the company responsible for the domestic comprehensive real estate business of the Sumitomo Forestry Group. ■ Background of the Collaboration HOTEL LEGALIE is a series by LeTech that provides a 'home (IE)' for travelers. Primarily targeting inbound tourists, it offers spacious accommodations for large groups. Since its business launch in 2020, our company has collaborated with over 20 real estate-related companies. We have leveraged our proven track record in guest acquisition, property management systems (PMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and operations for lodging facilities to support the operations of our partner companies.
