The "Desktop Drill Grinding Machines" being launched this time enable easy and stable conical drill grinding even without manual grinding experience.

By adopting a unique blade tip positioner and a micro-adjustable collet holder, precise visual setting is possible, ensuring that the blade tip is parallel to the positioner's reference line, thereby achieving stable and accurate drill grinding.

While conventional peripheral grinding methods, which use the outer circumference of a conical grinding wheel, would transfer the R (radius) of the grinding wheel to the drill's cutting edge, this product's unique flat grinding method finishes the cutting edge flat, thereby increasing blade tip strength and contributing to extending tool life.

In addition to basic high-speed steel drills, by adding or replacing optional parts, it can also handle resharpening of carbide drills, large-diameter/irregular shank drills, and candle-type structural steel drills, supporting a wide range of tasks.
