UMU Technology Japan and Sompo Japan have launched a collaboration starting January 2026 to enhance talent development at automobile dealer agencies. Through the AI-powered learning platform 'UMU,' dealers can now utilize Sompo Japan's 'Study SOMPO' content alongside interactive 'UMU AI Roleplay' training. This initiative aims to reduce the training burden caused by complex insurance products and regulatory changes while ensuring consistent educational quality. The platform also allows dealers to centralize their proprietary training materials, improving operational efficiency and service quality.
