Uchida Yoko IT Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Yusuke Naito, hereinafter ITS) is pleased to announce that it has conducted the second installment of the 'Favorite Customization Voting' project for its ERP system for the construction industry, 'PROCES.S'. In this project, customization cases provided as a standard package are selected based on user feedback, and the two most supported features in the voting have been implemented.
This project aims to realize an easy-to-use ERP that aligns with the practical work at customers' sites by reflecting improvement ideas gathered during daily operations into the product.
## About the Favorite Customization Voting
The construction ERP system PROCES.S operates under the concept of 'a product that values customer voices and grows together,' making efforts to reflect ideas born from customers' daily practical work into the product. As part of this, we conduct a user-participatory 'Favorite Customization Voting' project on the PROCES.S site, soliciting improvement ideas and opinions from customers using the system, and implementing the highly supported features.
In the construction industry, along with the efficiency of site operations and the promotion of DX, there is an increasing need to introduce systems that match practical work. On the other hand, there is also a growing demand to introduce systems smoothly by keeping customization to a minimum, requiring responses to these conflicting needs. This project addresses these voices, creates a place for users to exchange opinions, and aims to enhance the value of the ERP as an evolving system alongside its users by reflecting the voices gathered through voting into product improvements.
## ▶ Response to the First Installment
In the first voting project, we asked customers to vote from among customization cases adding formats for journal slips, and provided the two most popular formats. Although it was our first attempt, we received many votes and comments from customers. Developers, who usually do not have the opportunity to communicate directly with customers, were able to hear customer requests and responses directly through this project, leading to increased motivation and a sense of fulfillment.
### ―― Customer Voices
We received voices such as the following from customers:
- The display locations of construction codes and amounts became easier to see, making it easier to use for checking input information.
- The number of printed sheets was reduced, leading to a reduction in paper.
- The flexibility of form output improved, increasing operational efficiency.
### ―― Developer Voices
Through the project, developers were also able to hear customer requests directly.
- We were able to incorporate the features that users truly want as package functions.
- We were able to grasp the actual user needs, rather than the needs imagined or predicted by the providing side (developers, sales representatives).
## ■ Overview of the Second 'Favorite Customization Voting' Project
Following the response to the first installment, the second 'Favorite Customization Voting' project was realized. The overview of the second project is as follows.
- Survey Period: Thursday, November 6 to Wednesday, November 26, 2025
- Voting Method: Online voting on the PROCES.S support site
- Implementation Timing: Friday, April 3
