Kendai Kids SPORTS FESTIVAL to be held on Saturday, May 23rd

Shimane Prefectural University Matsue Campus will host the "Kendai Kids SPORTS FESTIVAL" as an "80th Anniversary Collaboration Event - Walking Together" with Sports Plaza Nikyosha (Izumo City). Students from the "Kendai Nadeshiko Regional Contribution Circle" will serve as instructors and support children to move their bodies to their fullest and develop a love for exercise.

This time, two events will be held simultaneously, divided into the gymnasium and tennis courts. Participation in both events is possible. Children who are not good at sports are also very welcome. We look forward to your participation!!

Let's Try Throwing, Catching, and Batting Date: Saturday, May 23, 2026, 9:40 AM - 1:30 PM Target: Boys and girls aged 3-8 (preschoolers to 3rd graders) Location: Shimane Prefectural University Matsue Campus Tennis Court (next to the main parking lot) Application: Not required Support: Shimane Prefectural Matsue Norin High School will participate as volunteers. Other: Participants in all sections will receive a gift.

Workshop A coin case making workshop using recycled glove leather will also be held simultaneously. (Material fee of 500 yen required, limited to the first 100 participants)
