TV Anime Adaptation of "Sensou Kyoushitsu" Serialized in "Jump SQ." Announced for 2027! First Teaser PV, Under 4 Minutes, Showcasing Powerful Action and Music, Unveiled!

CyberAgent, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takahiro Yamauchi; TSE Prime Market: Securities Code 4751) is pleased to announce that the TV anime adaptation of "Sensou Kyoushitsu" (by Mozuku Sora and Higoro Juttomori), serialized in Shueisha's "Jump SQ.", is scheduled to begin broadcasting in 2027.

The animation production for this series will be handled by CA Soa, a new animation studio within the CyberAgent group, headed by animation producer Kazumasa Ogawa.

With Shinya Watada as director, Richika Tsuchiya as series composer, and Michinori Chiba as character designer, the CG production that will color the powerful action and battle scenes will be undertaken by Shirogumi, a studio responsible for numerous acclaimed works. This will be CA Soa's first project.

The story depicts the growth of the protagonist, Ryuka, a boy who dreams of becoming a "Musician," as he awakens a special power called "Sprout" amidst a harsh fate, and through his encounters with friends. The "sound" that Ryuka perceives, and his aspirations to become a "Musician," are magnificently fused with intense battles. For this series, which centers on the theme of "sound," Hitomi Kotoh, who handled the music for the TV anime "Nijusseiki Denki Mokuroku - Eureka Evrika-" produced by Kyoto Animation, will be in charge of the music. The musical direction, meticulously crafted with live instruments, will dramatically enhance the characters' emotions and the thrilling battle scenes.

To commemorate the TV anime adaptation announcement, a teaser visual and an exceptionally long teaser PV, showcasing the overwhelming world and the intensity of the battles, as well as the detailed music, have been unveiled for the first time.

This work begins with the moment the protagonist Ryuka, who dreams of becoming a "Musician," awakens his special power, "Sprout."

The released long-form teaser PV depicts Ryuka's encounters with Zoe, a girl who also possesses the "Branch Possession," and their growth as they grapple with their inner conflicts. It also showcases the spectacular fusion of the high-impact CG action handled by Shirogumi and the meticulously crafted background music that complements the work.
