The "TURN LAND Program," which creates spaces for diverse people to meet through expression, based at welfare facilities in Tokyo, has released its 2025 activity results in a collection of 8 booklets and an introductory video. In 2025, through 7 projects, we arrived at the conviction that "the surest path to building a more cultural society is for each project member to mutually respect and build relationships with one another." The 8 booklets documenting the trajectory of each project, along with a 1-minute introductory video, are available on our website: https://turn-land-program.com/archives_post/

The TURN LAND Program aims to further expand the network of individuals working towards the realization of a society where diverse people can live together richly (inclusive policies) in fields such as art, welfare, education, and administration. 2025 Keyword: "New Habits" Born from New Relationships The TURN LAND Program is centered on reciprocal activities where artists familiarize themselves with the daily routines of facilities, and facility staff experience the artists' thought processes. Instead of rushing for efficiency or results, the first step is to get to know each other and become "partners." This process became the key to fostering a new habit – "Art Program Experience Time" that considers individual support needs – and embedding it naturally into the daily operations.

Deepening Art Understanding: Through the experience of collaboration, we deepened understanding of art forms like music and dance, and shared new possibilities for utilizing art in caregiving and broader societal outreach with welfare staff.
