The International Sauna Congress is a premier global conference hosted by the International Sauna Association and Norges Badstulag. It brings together sauna experts from various fields, including medicine, research, architecture, culture, and business, to share knowledge and build networks aimed at the preservation, development, and promotion of sauna culture. The 2026 event will be held in Oslo, featuring a grand opening at the Oslo City Hall, known for the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, an experience program at the Nordic region's largest spa facility 'The Well,' and a floating sauna night on the Oslo Fjord.
