As part of the revival screening project by Filmarks, Japan's largest movie, drama, and anime review service, the 20th anniversary commemorative screening of Mamoru Hosoda's acclaimed film 'The Girl Who Leapt Through Time' begins on Friday, July 3, 2026.

We are pleased to announce that an exclusive screening event featuring director Mamoru Hosoda will be held on Monday, July 13—the symbolic 'Nice Day,' the day the protagonist Makoto first time-leaps in the story—at Shinjuku Piccadilly!

To celebrate the 20th anniversary, director Hosoda will share behind-the-scenes stories and his heartfelt reflections on the film's creation. Additionally, attendees on the day will receive a limited-edition 'Nice Day' mini fan. Join us in theaters for this special occasion.
