Originating in 19th-century Britain as an evening dining tradition, "High Tea" has been reimagined at Strings Hotel Nagoya into a modern dinner-style experience, designed to pair beautifully with main courses and drinks. A striking five-tier stand, paying homage to the cathedral—the symbol of Strings Hotel Nagoya—makes its debut. Each delicately crafted dish reflects the chef's meticulous artistry, served against the enchanting backdrop of the illuminated cathedral.

A stylish, elegant stand adorned with shimmering lights, evoking the sophisticated nights of Manhattan. Designed to pair perfectly with champagne and wine, this experience offers a serene, luxurious evening surrounded by views of water and greenery.

◆ Savory selections featuring the world's three great delicacies, a main course served separately, and two original desserts by the pastry chef

The menu features seven exquisite savory dishes, including a croquette of premium Japanese pork served with truffle dip, a French toast-style pain perdu combining rich foie gras with the sweet-tart mango-passion fruit glaze, oscietra caviar and snow crab marinated with citrus, a refreshing tartare of seasonal fish layered with plum mousse and shiso jelly, and colorful zucchini roulade. Also included are two seasonal desserts crafted by our patissier and a fresh seasonal fruit platter. The main course features tender, slow-braised Aichi Prefecture's Mikawa pork in white wine.

Complementing the High Tea, guests can enjoy a wide selection of premium teas, herbal infusions, and blended teas, all available in free-flow service.
