This spring, we deliver an afternoon tea inspired by the early summer scenery, featuring colorful hydrangeas centered around the rich, fragrant, and flavorful "Matcha" from Gion Tsujiri.

The first tier features a Japanese-Western fusion "Hojicha Verrine" layered with fresh fruits and shiratama (glutinous rice balls), the traditional "Matcha Opera" layered with exquisite matcha, and also includes "Hydrangea Macarons" modeled after hydrangeas glistening with dew, and the new "Matcha Parfait."
The second tier offers Japanese-style sweets using white bean paste and adzuki beans, which pair well with matcha, and the third tier presents light sweets inspired by early summer.
Furthermore, it is a special afternoon tea that allows you to savor early summer with all five senses, including a special drink and a mini parfait.
