Designer Junya Kawakami boldly adopted a delicate, sheer rayon material discovered in India.

Particularly noteworthy is the "texture" gap. While using a lightweight rayon fabric that billows like wind and creates a unique drape, the sewing inherits the tough work details, paying homage to "Lee."

American heritage has been updated into an unprecedentedly modern and airy expression.

The color variations include "black" and "navy," which inherit the identity of denim, and "greige," which highlights the nuance of "SEVEN BY SEVEN," available in three colors.

Utilizing the sheerness of the material, it offers a refreshing feel that allows for layered styles enjoying the overlap with innerwear, or as an ultra-lightweight outerwear even under the summer sun. Designer Profile Designer Junya Kawakami Moved to the US in 1998. After returning from San Francisco, he launched "7x7" and "SEVEN BY SEVEN."

Lee H.D. Lee Mercantile Company was founded in 1889 by Henry David Lee as a wholesaler of food and general merchandise. In 1911, it began in-house manufacturing of workwear, starting with 8oz denim bib overalls.
