The "Rakuten GORA AI Assistant" leverages vast data, including itemized review scores based on abundant reviews submitted to registered golf courses on "Rakuten GORA," as well as plans and course information provided by each golf course, to support users in choosing a golf course that meets their needs. Its features include the ability to understand natural language input from users and accurately grasp their needs, display multiple golf courses on a map, compare prices, features, and availability in a list, and seamlessly transition to the booking page, offering both visibility and convenience.

Users can utilize the "Rakuten GORA AI Assistant" for free from the smartphone web page of "Rakuten GORA." In the text input field, users can enter desired information such as the prefecture or area they want to play in, travel time, date, number of people, budget, golf course characteristics, and meal preferences. Additionally, they can ask questions in a conversational format, such as "Are there any places to play this weekend about an hour's drive from Shibuya Station?" The assistant can seamlessly guide them from suggesting optimal golf courses to transitioning to the booking page. Even when requests not included in existing search conditions on "Rakuten GORA" or abstract questions are entered, the AI will understand user needs through dialogue and propose necessary elements and conditions for finding a golf course, allowing even users unfamiliar with AI tools to smoothly find the optimal golf course.
