### Survey Details When 379 sellers and buyers were asked if they had ever felt anxious about counterfeits when buying brand-name products on flea market apps, a total of 85.0% expressed anxiety. After using 'Rakuma Saikyo Kantei,' over 90% of buyers said their peace of mind increased, citing reasons such as 'elimination of counterfeit risk' (55.3%) and 'no additional burden for the buyer' (52.1%).
Sellers also experienced significant advantages. 55.0% said they could 'list high-value items with peace of mind,' and 51.2% felt they 'gained trust from buyers.' Interestingly, over 40% of sellers felt their items sold faster. Transaction data from Rakuten Rakuma supported this, showing that items subject to 'Pre-delivery Appraisal' were over 50% more likely to sell compared to non-eligible items (Data from June 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025).
Both parties showed high satisfaction, with over 90% stating they would like to continue trading brand items on Rakuten Rakuma specifically because of this function.
