Ginza's modern Greek restaurant "THE APOLLO" will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026. Located on the top floor of Ginza Novo, this modern Greek restaurant, originating from Sydney, Australia, has been loved by gourmands for a decade. To commemorate its 10th anniversary, the restaurant is launching a special anniversary course. The 10th-anniversary course features a 7-course menu that showcases THE APOLLO's signature dishes. Enjoy "Taramasalata," a classic Greek dip made with roe, lemon juice, and oil, served with fragrant grilled pita bread. Experience Saganaki cheese, the most popular dish at the Sydney flagship, a Kefalograviera cheese grilled to a golden crisp, drizzled with honey and oregano, and seasoned with lemon juice for a sweet and sour flavor. The main course is a charcoal-grilled Hida beef or Wagyu beef fillet. The signature dessert, "'Lemon Pie' Apollo Style," is an original THE APOLLO creation offering a delightful combination of crispy, fluffy meringue and a refreshing lemon flavor.
