The modern Greek restaurant 'THE APOLLO' in Ginza will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026. As a modern Greek restaurant from Sydney, Australia, it is located on the top floor of GinzaNovo and has been loved by gourmands for 10 years. To commemorate the 10th anniversary, the restaurant has started offering an anniversary course.
Along with this, the interior of the private room 'GREEK ROOM', which features a motif of ancient Greek temple architecture, has also been renewed.
10th Anniversary Course The 10th Anniversary Course is a 7-course meal gathering THE APOLLO's signature dishes. 'Taramasalata', a classic Greek dip made by mixing fish roe, lemon juice, and oil, is served with fragrantly baked pita bread. The most popular dish even at the Sydney main store, Saganaki cheese, features Kefalograviera cheese baked brown on an iron plate and combined with honey, oregano, and lemon juice for a sweet and sour flavor. For the main dish, we offer charcoal-grilled Hida beef and Wagyu beef fillet.
