transcosmos Launches "trans-scManager" to Support Supply and Demand Adjustment and Planning Operations

transcosmos, a company established in 1966 with a global presence across 36 countries and 186 bases, has launched "trans-scManager." This service expands their existing offerings in supply chain optimization, focusing on supply and demand adjustment and planning. "trans-scManager" assists companies in managing PSI (Production/Purchase, Sales/Shipment, Inventory) information to streamline planning operations. It addresses challenges such as diversified consumer needs and shorter product lifecycles, which complicate inventory management and often lead to reliance on individual experience. The service integrates transcosmos's knowledge in order processing, inventory allocation, and shipping with various tools for demand forecasting, inventory adjustment, visualization, and analysis. Key service menu items include inventory analysis, diagnosis, and optimization support; sales planning and demand forecasting support; inventory replenishment and transfer support; regular analysis and report creation; and data conversion and cleansing. For inventory visualization and analysis, "SynCAS PSI Visualizer" from Hitachi Solutions East Japan, Ltd. is utilized. This new service complements "trans-logiManager," a logistics DX solution launched by transcosmos in October 2025, which focuses on logistics cost optimization for Logistics Control Managers (CLO) in response to revised logistics laws. By combining "trans-scManager" with other services, transcosmos aims to provide comprehensive supply chain solutions from planning to demand and supply adjustment, and shipping/logistics cost analysis, thereby contributing to overall supply chain problem-solving and cost optimization.
