The buffet offers a rich selection of 44 dishes, including 'Shark Fin Braised in Broth' (one plate per guest) and 'Peking Duck' (one plate per guest), as well as house-made 'Kiln-Roasted Char Siu', classic 'Mapo Tofu', and the refreshing summer favorite 'Chilled Dan Dan Noodles'. All dishes are available via tableside ordering.
