'Dining Ruore' on the 1st floor offers a buffet-style dining experience with live cooking stations, seasonal dishes, and approximately 15 types of desserts. With a full a la carte menu available, it operates as an all-day dining venue from 11:00 to 21:30, allowing for individual dish orders or casual café-style visits.

As part of this event, Dining Ruore introduces the 'Curry Fair' with four new a la carte curry dishes, perfect for the hot summer season.

Chef Masahara's personal recommendation is the 'Botanical Summer Vegetable Curry'. Botanical curry is made primarily from plant-based ingredients such as vegetables, legumes, herbs, and spices. Since it contains no meat or fish, it is ideal for vegans and vegetarians. Dining Ruore’s version is crafted by sautéing generous amounts of onions for depth, combining tomatoes and cashew nut paste, and simmering for four hours with over 20 spices, resulting in a dish with a gentle yet rich flavor and a complex, aromatic profile.

Other offerings include a refreshing and spicy green curry made with Hiroshima-grown herb chicken and Hiroshima lemons, and a baked curry with a mild flavor achieved using a half-cooked local 'chiyoda' egg and béchamel sauce—both designed to stimulate summer appetites.
