Mitsuhiro Toyoda has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka Vignette Collection (Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka; General Manager Tomoyuki Yamane) and the Executive Chef overseeing Rihga Royal Hotels, effective April 1, 2026.
After joining Royal Hotel Co., Ltd. in 1986, Toyoda honed his skills in the banquet cooking department and French restaurants, then traveled to France in 1999 for overseas culinary training. Upon his return, he served as Chef at "Bonbonnière" restaurant in Shinsaibashi Daimaru, Osaka, Chef at "Dining & Cafe Natural Garden" at Rihga Royal Hotel (now Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka), and Executive Chef at Rihga Royal Hotel Kokura.
Subsequently, he was appointed Chef at "Restaurant Chambord," the Rihga Royal Hotels' most prestigious French restaurant at Rihga Royal Hotel (now Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka). In 2019, he served as Executive Chef at Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima, demonstrating his exceptional skills.
