Lobby featuring art inspired by Hokusai's "Phoenix Screen"

Royal Hotel Co., Ltd. (Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka; President Fumikazu Ueda) will open "Anchored by Rihga Osaka Namba," a new brand hotel under Rihga Royal Hotels, developed by Tokyu Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President Hiroaki Hoshino), on Friday, April 3, 2026. The concept is "PLAYFUL OSAKA." The hotel offers a dynamic phoenix mural in the lobby—a symbol of good fortune—along with art inspired by the energetic atmosphere of the Namba/Shinsekai area, and warm, friendly service to provide memorable "PLAYFUL" stay experiences.

The hotel is located within walking distance of "Shinsekai" (known for Tsutenkaku Tower), "Ura-Namba" (a vibrant food culture hub), and "Otaro-do" (a mecca for subculture), making it an ideal base to enjoy Osaka's local gourmet and unique tourist spots.

The hotel features 200 rooms—all with wash-area bathrooms, separate vanities, and separate toilets—a restaurant serving Osaka-inspired meals from breakfast through dinner (including "Western-style takoyaki" cooked on an iron plate and mixed juice), and a large communal bath and sauna on the top floor. All spaces are decorated with art full of individuality and playfulness by Osaka-based artists, embodying "PLAYFUL OSAKA."

As a base for experiencing "deep Osaka" tourism, the hotel invites guests to relax and recharge while immersed in the exhilaration of travel.
