Toys 'R' Us Japan Opening 4 New Stores One After Another for Golden Week!

Toys 'R' Us Japan, Ltd. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Peter Schatz), operator of one of Japan's largest comprehensive specialty stores for toys and baby products, will open four new stores domestically from Friday, April 24, to Friday, May 1, 2026. Starting with the simultaneous grand openings of 'Toys R Us Aeon Mall Shin-Rifu Store' and 'Toys R Us Aeon Mall Mito Uchihara Store' on Friday, April 24, the 'Toys R Us Hakata Marui Store' will have its grand opening in Fukuoka Prefecture on Wednesday, April 29 (national holiday). Furthermore, on Friday, May 1, the 'Toys R Us Kawanishi Hankyu Square Store' will have its grand opening in Hyogo Prefecture.

The 'Toys R Us Aeon Mall Shin-Rifu Store', 'Toys R Us Aeon Mall Mito Uchihara Store', and 'Toys R Us Kawanishi Hankyu Square Store' feature a wide selection of products that everyone from children to kidults (adults with the hearts of children) can enjoy. This includes the latest toys, goods, and children's clothing of popular characters, dolls and plushies, ride-on toys, block toys, and games, as well as bicycles, sports toys, popular overseas products only available at Toys R Us, and blind boxes. (*1) To allow customers to experience the fun of actually seeing, touching, and playing with popular toys, we have placed sample products for trial play on play tables and display shelves inside the stores.

The 'Toys R Us Hakata Marui Store' is a store that carefully selects and stocks only products that toy-loving kidults can enjoy. It offers a fulfilling lineup including action figures of heroes and movie characters, creepy-cute monsters 'FUGGLER', and globally popular deformed figures 'FUNKO POP!'.
