Toyokumo Cloud Connect Awarded One Star in Three Categories—Sales, Integration, and Semi-Order—in CyPN Report 2026

Toyokumo Cloud Connect Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomohiko Tari) has been awarded one star in each of the three categories—Sales, Integration, and Semi-Order—in the "CyPN Report 2026," a partner evaluation system by Cybozu, Inc. The CyPN Report is a system that evaluates the initiatives of Cybozu's official partners in various domains based on their activity performance.

The three categories in which we received one star each evaluate different roles:

The Sales category evaluates the ability to steadily cultivate relationships with customers, including the expansion of new installations, retention rates, customer satisfaction, partner satisfaction, and the number of certified professionals.

The Integration category evaluates the ability to shape functional systems on the ground, including requirement organization, construction, integration, and operational support, based on service revenue, number of projects, number of case studies provided, and satisfaction levels.

The Semi-Order category evaluates the ability to balance speed and practical suitability for operations that cannot be covered by standardization alone, based on the number of new integration service implementations, security quality, number of case studies provided, and satisfaction levels.

We have received recognition in these three areas: sales, construction, and the provision of semi-order services. We interpret this as an acknowledgment of our support structure, which goes beyond simple product proposals or contract development to understanding our customers' operations and delivering solutions that can be operated seamlessly in the field.

To date, we have handled projects in Cybozu-related areas, including kintone, that require rapid startup or designs based on the specific circumstances of individual business operations. We place great importance on providing consistent support from pre-implementation requirement organization to construction, operational stabilization, and subsequent improvements.

We believe this evaluation is an objective assessment of the value we have provided across multiple domains: "selling," "building and protecting," and "delivering tailored to business operations."
