Background of Funding We will accelerate the development of our product suite that promotes the creator economy, including "FANME," and our investment in the TikTok Shop market, thereby achieving our mission of "Becoming Japan's No. 1 Creator Economy Company." Main Uses of Raised Funds ・Continuous Improvement of FANME We will promote the development and improvement of "FANME," a creator DX platform. FANME is a platform that allows creators to sell their digital content and merchandise and deepen engagement with their fans.

・Focus and Investment in TikTok Shop Business We will make aggressive investments and business developments in the rapidly expanding TikTok Shop market in Japan. We aim to establish a competitive advantage in the SNS commerce field by focusing on nurturing our own commerce accounts such as "Rumina @ Live Commerce" and developing unique products. Furthermore, we will leverage our in-house developed tool "Auto Short Movie (tentative)," which automatically generates effective commerce videos using AI, to produce the largest volume of commerce videos in Japan.

・Other New Businesses We will develop multiple businesses that accelerate the creator economy, such as a label business that supports creators' music activities and game streaming, and the TORIHADA ACADEMY business where individuals can learn live commerce and AI know-how.
