Starting April 7, 2026, it will be available at roadside Marugame Seimen locations nationwide. Before the national launch, a pop-up store will open in Kanda Ogawamachi, Tokyo, from April 1 to April 6. In a world where AI-driven optimization and information overload force us to make 'correct' choices, we often lose touch with our raw, emotional desires. 'Marugame Udon Meshi' is designed to break through this rationality. Cooked on a sizzling hot grill pan right in front of you, it stimulates all five senses—the steam, the sound of searing, the aroma of the sauce, and the intense flavor. It is a 'forbidden tag team' of udon and rice that invites you to eat with wild abandon. Four varieties are available, including 'Addictive Sauce' and 'Negi-Shio (Green Onion Salt).'
