To address these challenges, Waroom On-call provides rotation management, phone notifications, escalation, and automatic recording of response history in a one-stop solution, supporting a sustainable incident response structure.

Overview of Waroom On-call

The Waroom on-call feature is an optional feature that can be added to the Team Plan and Pro Plan for a monthly fee of 40,000 JPY (excluding tax). It can be used at a flat rate regardless of the number of members. In the future, we also plan to provide a Waroom On-call plan that allows the use of the on-call feature standalone.

Features of Waroom On-call

Set up duty management without hesitation and start operating immediately
From team creation to notification condition settings, you can start operation without hesitation through a sequential 4-step guide. With weekly rotations, duties alternate automatically, and if absence periods (single, weekly, monthly) are pre-registered, the next person in charge automatically takes duty.

Just answer the alert notification phone and press '1' to connect to response initiation
When an incident occurs, a phone call with Japanese voice guidance goes to the person on duty. Pressing '1' completes the response and transitions the incident to 'in-progress'. If there is no answer, it automatically escalates, repeats, and hands over to a Fallback.

Automatically record who received the call when, and what actions were taken
All events within a session, such as making calls, answering, escalating, and skipping, are automatically recorded as activity logs. Because it is linked to the incident, no separate tools are needed for retrospective review and prevention of recurrence.
