Too Corporation (Headquarters: 3-4-7 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Gota Ishii), a general trading company for the creative market, will hold a real-life networking event, "Architectural Visualization MeetUp Vol. 9," on July 30, 2026 (Thu) in Toranomon, Tokyo. The Architectural Visualization MeetUp (Kviz MeetUp) is a networking event that provides a meaningful communication platform for designers using BIM and 3DCAD, as well as those involved in 3D CG visualization.
For this ninth installment, we will welcome Aqua Creative Lab Inc., who will introduce visual expressions utilizing 3ds Max, Revit, and Unreal Engine, with actual production examples. We will also welcome Taro Narahara, Associate Professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology, who will discuss the possibilities of architectural design and visualization based on his research into AI-driven spatial evaluation and the use of machine learning and generative AI in architectural design support.
Following the seminar, an informal gathering is planned for participants to exchange information.
This event is open to anyone involved in architecture, CG, video, and real-time expression, as well as students and young creators interested in future spatial expression. We encourage you to join us for this opportunity.

Agenda
16:00 - 18:30 Part 1: Architectural Visualization MeetUp (in no particular order)
・Beyond Architectural CG: Expanding Visualizers' Work with Video Production x Virtual Production Lecturers: Hideki Okada, Moto Mori Yang (Aqua Creative Lab Inc.)
We, who have specialized in architectural CG, will share why we ventured into video production, including live-action shooting, music, and narration. We will share the differences and challenges compared to CG production, using production examples for "Bandai Namco" and "Tokyo Electron." In the latter half, we will present the full record of a Virtual Production project that handled CG for construction sites, offices, cities, and airports. —From scene production using Unreal Engine to technical rehearsals, actual shooting, and final delivery — We will discuss everything from the perspective of a CG professional about what they saw and found challenging when working on a VP set.
・Architectural Visualization in the AI Era: Spatial Evaluation and Generative AI Lecturer: Taro Narahara, Associate Professor, New Jersey Institute of Technology
Through practical examples that bridge architectural practice, AI research, and media art, we will consider how far AI can understand the "good spaces" that humans perceive. We will explore the new value that architectural visualization can offer in the AI era through research on floor plans and living space evaluation, design support using machine learning, and examples of architectural video and expression production using generative AI.
・Next-Generation Design x Visualization Workflow Realized by Forma Lecturers: Hirotaka Tanaka, Masahiro Yoshida (Autodesk Inc.)
In this session, we will introduce a new collaborative style between designers and visualizers through a workflow connecting Forma for Design to Revit, and then to 3ds Max and Twinmotion. We will consider the evolving value and role of visualizers in the AI era, covering topics such as collaboration methods using Forma Board and speedy conceptual design using Forma Site Design.
18:30 - 20:00 Part 2: Informal Gathering
