Notice of Product Price Revision

At our company, we have continuously made self-help efforts, such as promoting efficiency and rationalization across the entire company and striving to suppress cost increases, in order to stably provide products of "low price and good quality."

However, due to record-low catches of mackerel, our main raw material, in Japan since last year, market prices for fish have soared. This situation is expected to continue for the time being. Furthermore, various costs such as those for secondary raw materials, packaging materials like cardboard, energy, labor, and logistics are also rising, making the business environment increasingly severe.

In light of these circumstances, we have determined that it is extremely difficult to absorb these rising costs through corporate efforts alone. Therefore, in order to continue delivering safe and secure products to our customers stably, we have no choice but to implement a price revision for some products.

We will continue to strive to provide safe, secure, and high-quality products stably to everyone. We kindly ask for your understanding.
