Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado" (hereinafter "Harakado"), aiming to be a "creative facility" where new experiential value can be enjoyed, will hold the HARAKADO 2nd ANNIVERSARY "Harakado Culture Festival" (hereinafter "this event") on Friday, April 17, 2026, to commemorate its 2nd anniversary. "Harakado" opened on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, as "a place for creating and experiencing new Harajuku culture that stimulates the sensibilities of diverse people," taking into account the history of the Harajuku/Jingumae area, which has produced various cultures, and the current era where everyone can share and express themselves through social media. For the main project of this event, Harakado has teamed up with DONUTS Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keisei Nishimura) and collaborated with 'Zipper,' a fashion creators' magazine that led Harajuku street culture in the 1990s. They will implement a special snap project, "Harakado 2nd Anniversary SNAP 95 STYLES," which reinterprets snap culture, a symbol of street culture, for the modern age. This event will operate as usual from 11:00 to 18:00, with admission restricted to invited guests only after 18:00*. In this project, in collaboration with 'Zipper,' which was founded in 1993 and has continued to record that era, the year 1995 is symbolized.
