Lounge & Dining SORAE, located on the 2nd floor of Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu (Musashino City, Tokyo / General Manager: Minoru Saito), will be offering a new menu item, the "Steak Salad," for a limited time from Tuesday, July 7, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026.

With the theme "Steak for Summer!", we have created the new "Steak Salad" so that you can enjoy a satisfying meat dish even in the hot season. While maintaining the satisfaction of a steak, we have added plenty of vegetables to create a dish that can be enjoyed refreshingly until the end. It is beautifully presented with colorful vegetables, making it a visually appealing dish.

This menu can be enjoyed casually as an a la carte option, or you can add a buffet for an additional charge. The buffet corner offers a "Power Salad" where you can freely combine 21 different ingredients to create your own salad with your preferred combination of vegetables, fruits, proteins, and more. It is recommended for those who want to enjoy steak casually, as well as those who want to enjoy both meat and vegetables with the buffet.
