Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu (Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, General Manager: Yasunori Takanashi) will offer a limited-time Japanese-Western fusion course called "Tamayura" (15,000 yen/service charge and tax included) during the Obon and Silver Week holidays. This course allows guests to enjoy luxurious ingredients such as abalone, Shimane wagyu beef, nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), and domestic eel all at once, with a limit of 10 servings per day.

We have gathered luxurious flavors that you can only experience while traveling, such as "Grilled Abalone with Iso-yaki," "Shimane Wagyu Beef Fillet Steak," and "Domestic Eel Unaju." This special 11-day limited menu, to be enjoyed with a welcome drink of your choice from Shimane-inspired wines and craft beers, will enhance your Obon or Silver Week trip. We also offer accommodation plans that include this special meal. Guests who book an accommodation plan will receive a "Taste of Shimane Souvenir Set," a gift set featuring our popular "Nita Rice," "Agogoma," and "Shijimi Miso Soup" from breakfast.

"Tamayura" is a word that expresses a fleeting beautiful moment or a faint beautiful sound. It is said to originate from the faint sound made when magatama (comma-shaped beads) touch each other. Izumo, known for its magatama craftsmanship since ancient times. We named the course "Tamayura" to express the special time spent on a trip, with a connection to the magatama culture of this ancient land.
