BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel (Shinjuku, Tokyo; General Manager: Takeshi Torii) will offer a limited-time event, 'Bellustar Journey Vol. 13 - Akkeshi Whisky Experience,' at its 45th-floor main bar, 'Bar Bellustar,' from June 1 (Mon) to June 30 (Tue), 2026. This event allows guests to enjoy a pairing of 'Akkeshi Single Malt Bellustar Cask Strength' from the Akkeshi Distillery in Hokkaido with cuisine that reflects the region's terroir. As the 13th installment of the 'Bellustar Journey' series, which celebrates the marriage of spirits and local ingredients, this edition commemorates the hotel's 3rd anniversary. Beverage Director Shigeki Yoshida and JAM17 DINING Chef Luca Otsu have collaborated to create a menu featuring Hokkaido scallops, snow crab, and natural venison from Akkeshi, designed to complement the complex, deep flavors of the whisky. The price is 5,500 JPY (including tax and service charge).
