Tokyu Resorts & Stay Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenichi Yamawaki, hereinafter "the Company") has added new designs to the summer uniforms for its lifestyle hotel chain "Tokyu Stay," which operates nationwide. By increasing the options for uniform coordination, we aim to create an environment where each staff member can provide hospitality that fully utilizes their individuality and personality.
Design Keyword: "The Essence of Tokyu Stay"
The essence of Tokyu Stay lies in being a lifestyle hotel that creates experiences where customers can deeply understand themselves and encounter a "new self" at the end of their journey through all kinds of "connections," such as "the city and oneself," "the past and the future," "Japan and the world," and "the brand and sensibility." Under the brand concept "Stay Connected.," Tokyu Stay offers a unique accommodation experience.
New summer uniforms have been designed with the goal of enabling hotel staff, who are "Experience Curators" living in and deeply knowing the local area, to communicate in a way that is characteristic of Tokyu Stay, while freely expressing their individuality in comfortable uniforms without stiffness.
Giving Shape to Staff Feedback: New Summer Uniforms Connecting with Staff as Well as Customers
In March 2025, the Company renewed its uniforms for the first time as Tokyu Stay. The simple, gender-neutral design based on navy and white, along with the introduction of multiple coordination patterns, has created a working environment where each staff member can work comfortably.
For this addition of summer uniforms, we conducted a staff survey, including feedback on the March renewal, and reflected their requests for design and functionality in the design and production.
By providing uniforms that are appropriate for Tokyu Stay, a lifestyle hotel, we will continue to promote the creation of a workplace where customers can have a more comfortable and fulfilling stay, and where staff can provide hospitality in a way that is true to themselves and feels good.

Pursuit of Comfortable Fit, Functionality, and Approachability
Through the staff survey, emphasis was placed on fabric that allows for comfortable wear even in the summer, and uniforms equipped with functionality that enables comfortable hospitality.
The fabric uses Reflax®ECO*, which is made from recycled PET bottle materials in part, offering multi-functionality such as wrinkle resistance and low pilling, thus achieving functionality while considering the environment. The band collar brightens and streamlines the face area, and while it is a relaxed shirt, it gives an impression of sincerity. The refreshing blue, reminiscent of the Tokyu Stay logo, creates a cool, summery, and approachable atmosphere.
