ROKU KYOTO, LXR Hotels & Resorts (Kita-ku, Kyoto; General Manager: Masashi Araki) is proud to announce its selection for the '2026 Hotel Star Bars' by Forbes Travel Guide. This recognition celebrates hotel bars that provide exceptional menus, sophisticated service, beautiful presentation, and memorable spatial experiences, based on data from the Forbes Travel Guide 2026 hotel inspections. In 2026, only 39 hotel bars were selected worldwide, with just four from Japan.

Since opening in September 2021, ROKU KYOTO has received numerous prestigious international awards. It earned 4-star ratings in the Forbes Travel Guide hotel category in 2024 and 2025, and a 5-star rating in 2026. This latest selection for '2026 Hotel Star Bars' cements its global reputation in bar experiences alongside its hotel operations. Additionally, in 2025, it ranked 6th in the Japan hotel category of the Condé Nast Traveler 'Readers’ Choice Awards.'

Signature Cocktail: 'HANAMONOGATARI'

'HANAMONOGATARI' was inspired by the beautiful, shifting nature of Takagamine and the rich environment surrounding the hotel. Based on Kyoto-grown gin and white wine, it uses seasonal fruits and herbs to express the natural beauty, seasonal sense, and deep connection to Japanese craftsmanship unique to this land. It is priced at 6,400 JPY (including tax and service charge).

TENJIN THE BAR

Located in the restaurant building of ROKU KYOTO, TENJIN THE BAR is conceptualized as a 'social salon for curious adults.' With seasonal mixology, locally inspired ingredients, and panoramic views, it offers guests immersive and extraordinary experiences.
