Tokyu Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Tokyu) and Tokyu Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tokyu Bus), in collaboration with Tokyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tokyu Electric Railway)'s DX special organization "URBAN HACKS," announced that the cumulative number of downloads for the official smartphone app "Tokyu Line App," which has been available since September 2022, surpassed 1 million in April 2026. This means that "1 in 4" of our customers who use the Tokyu Line are now using the app.
The "Tokyu Line App" began service in 2013 and underwent a major renewal in September 2022. It has evolved into an app that allows users to comfortably use Tokyu Line trains and Tokyu buses, from providing real-time operational information to purchasing digital tickets. Currently, the following features are particularly popular among our customers:

Check the real-time location and estimated arrival times of trains and Tokyu buses.
My Page Function
Quickly check timetables and train locations for registered stations, as well as estimated arrival times for Tokyu buses.
TOQ COIN
Coins earned by riding the Tokyu Line can be exchanged for digital tickets such as "Q SKIP" and reserved seat tickets for "Q SEAT."
To commemorate reaching the milestone of 1 million downloads and to express our gratitude to our customers for their continued patronage, we will hold a special campaign, the "Tokyu Line App 1 Million Download Thanksgiving Festival" (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign"), from July 1 (Wed) to July 15 (Wed), 2026.
During this campaign, you can get original smartphone wallpapers from the Tokyu Line app. Additionally, by quoting and reposting a post from Tokyu Electric Railway's official X account, "Tokyu Electric Railway @noruruntoissho," you will be entered into a lottery to win "TOQ COIN" based on the number of reposts, or exclusive merchandise that can only be obtained here. We encourage you to participate.
Going forward, the Tokyu Line App will continue to promote further functional enhancements as the core of the "Moving for Good Days Project," a project aimed at enriching customer experience value through mobility. We will provide value that enables "smart" decision-making for travel on the Tokyu Line, leading to our customers' "good days."

You can obtain the wallpaper from the red campaign banner within the "Operational Information" tab of the Tokyu Line App.
(2) Follow the official X account "Tokyu Electric Railway @noruruntoissho" and quote repost the campaign post.
Details of Recent Updates
We continue to update features, focusing on those widely used by our customers. Here are examples of recent updates.
(1) Train and Bus Real-time Location Function
With the update on April 16, 2026, estimated arrival times for trains can now be displayed for directly connected lines. Seeing the actual status of trains and buses allows users to determine "when" to travel for a smoother journey.
(2) My Page Function
With the update on May 25, 2026, train timetables can now reflect delay information. You can quickly check the next arriving train/bus at your frequently used stations/bus stops, allowing you to decide "now" whether to rush.
(3) "TOQ COIN"
With the update on January 26, 2026, accumulated coins can now be exchanged for various products at "Shibaso" (a soba noodle restaurant). You can earn coins through your regular use of the Tokyu Line and enjoy your next outing at a great value.
