Shibuya Cast, a complex facility (Operator: Shibuya Miyashita Town Realty Co., Ltd. ... invested in by Tokyu Corporation, Sapporo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd.), will hold the 'Cast and Neighbors. Everyone's a Cast-mo! Shibuya Cast 9th Anniversary Festival' for two days on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25, 2026, in celebration of its 9th anniversary on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Since its opening in 2017, Shibuya Cast has held events to coincide with its anniversary each year. For this 9th anniversary, in addition to special programs by companies housed within Shibuya Cast, we will also offer collaboration programs under the theme '×(Kakeru) 〇〇 =', for some of the events.

We will deliver the charm of the facility through various programs.

The content includes special programs designed to allow visitors to experience the facility's appeal and engage with creative ideas. These include market events and live music led by Marked, a creative cafe within Shibuya Cast; presentation projects by co-lab, which has operated creative shared offices since the opening; and experiences of life at Shibuya Cast through meals with members of the 'Extended Family Community Cift'.

We aim for the 'Shibuya Cast 9th Anniversary Festival' to not only showcase the lifestyle and work styles at Shibuya Cast but also to foster new connections and discoveries through various events. This festival is held with that aspiration in mind.
