Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akio Kosaka) and Metro Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Keishi Noyaki) will grand open the commercial facility 'M'av Urayasu' developed beneath the Tozai Line's Urayasu Station on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
The Tokyo Metro Group is promoting the effective use of railway elevated spaces by developing commercial facilities such as 'M'av' and 'Metro Center.' For the area beneath Urayasu Station on the Tozai Line, the group has advanced the development of commercial facilities on the east side and the renovation of those on the west side, naming the facility 'M'av Urayasu'.
M'av Urayasu opened three stores on the east side (EAST) of Urayasu Station on Friday, March 28, 2025, as its first phase, and has been serving many customers. Now, with the renovation of the west side (WEST), eight additional stores will open, marking the facility's grand opening. Some stores will also launch opening campaigns in conjunction with the opening. Centered on the concept of 'a comfortable space that adds color and brightness to daily life,' the facility aims to provide value and appeal to both station users and local residents.
