1. Significance of the Appointment After graduating from the Keio University School of Medicine, Dr. Tsuzaka earned his Ph.D. in medicine from the same university. He has international research experience, having engaged in basic medical research at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in the United States. Since returning to Japan, he has held positions including Keio University Hospital staff, Lecturer at Saitama Medical University, and Associate Professor at Tokyo Dental College, accumulating extensive experience in clinical practice, research, and education within the fields of internal medicine and rheumatology.

His expertise in autoimmune diseases, inflammation control, and the integrated treatment of systemic diseases is a critical area for the clinical application of regenerative medicine.
